Obituary of Raymond Joseph McCracken

Raymond Joseph McCracken, contractor and landscaper, died unexpectedly at his home in Stevenson, WA on 3 July 2022 at the age of 59.
Ray was born in Portland, OR on 13 October 1962 to Kathleen McCracken and Raymond Stoehr. Adopted and raised by William “Mac” McCracken. He is survived by his wife (Alicia), his mother, his sisters (LuAnne, Sandy, and Sherry), his children (Micah, Katy, and Taylor), and grandchildren (Ben, Lucas, Gabe, Millie, Theo, and Reese).
Ray will be remembered as a jack of all trades and a lover of life. He was an avid sailor and outdoorsman. His presence filled the room and people were immediately drawn to his warm demeanor.
A memorial service is scheduled for 11 am on 11 July at Gardner Funeral Home in White Salmon, WA. A celebration of life is planned for October 2022 at his home in Stevenson. In lieu of flowers, please send condolences and donations to P.O. Box 608 Stevenson, WA 98648.
