Obituary of Steven Lloyd Butler

Steven Lloyd Butler, born to Lloyd and Evelin Butler on October 10, 1953 in The Dalles, Oregon. Steve passed away in his home in Husum, Washington on September 15, 2019. 

            Steve was married to Carolyn Savage on May 4, 1974 and from that marriage bore two daughters, Cynthia and Rachel. He and Carolyn were later divorced in 1991. Steve is survived by his ex-wife, his daughters, and grandchildren: Steven Tellian, Larissa Tellian, Louann Linden, Wyatt Palmer, and Elizabeth Davis, his sisters: Maryann Benton and Shirley Hagg, as well as his oldest brother, Jim Butler.

            Steve spent his life driving logging trucks, hauling containers and lumber. He owned Butler Trucking Company located in the town of Glenwood, Washington, and S&G Trucking located in Shelton, Washington. One of his favorite things to do during his off time was to ride his motorcycle around The Gorge area. He spent as much time as possible with his family even as his health declined. Steve has requested no services.
